Le personnage était emballé moins bien que les autres à l'intérieur de la boite krosmaster, il n'avais pas son armature de plastique mais était enroulé dans du papier bulle

Oh non il n'est pas du tout arrivé abimé, ne vous méprenez pas sur mon message. J'ai simplement décrit la situation. J'aime collectionner les articles Ankama alors ce genre de détails est important pour moi car je conserve les emballages également. Pouvez-vous me dire si cela est propre à ce personnage ou si normalement il aurais du avoir sont siège de plastique dans la boite comme les autres ? Je pourrai l'acheter à nouveau si tel est le cas. Merci beaucoup

Je suis contente mais malheureusement... Et ben il est arrivé en deux morceaux. Le petit plastique bleu translucide de sa taille avait cassé. Heureusement, avec un peu de colle, j'ai pu réparer.
