It's the tale of a third-generation farmer, Fellah, and her husband Jay, an exceptionally skilled cook, who combined their talents to create perfectly crispy little crackers for their tofu breeding farm.

As for the tomato and oregano, they got mixed in by accident on the Perraults' overcrowded workbench. But the tofus adored them… and soon, not only had the cook and the farmer developed a taste for them, but the whole world as well!

From that day forward, Jay and Fellah Perrault got into a new business: creating a constant stream of crunchy and savory new recipes!

The Perraults recommend a nice yogurt, garlic and chive dip to help you snack to your heart's content!
